Yeah reinstalling the app was the way to go for me at least this tim. I
think this is a real cool app and I like it a lot. Take care.

No worries. Any time you have a problem with an app this is one of the first
lines of troubleshooting; deleting and reinstalling the app.

What I ended up doing was deleteing the voice dream writer app and
reinstalling it. Then I opened the app for the first time and I selected to
create a name for the document . Then after I was done writing in the
document I double tapped on the file manager and it's there . So
