Hi
Hi,
There is an app you can get from the app store, which will allow you to pair
your iPhone and use that as the remote until you receive your replacement.
Try searching, "Apple TV remote."

Which remote do you have. What action does the buttons take on your
remote that don't work for you? Did you try using Siri to voice the
action to your Apple TV to see if that would help you?

You can increase the speech in the settings, under accessibility, and then
voice over.

The other day it gave me a low battery signal and the speech slowed way
down. So I put it on a charge, and it seems okay today but the speech
is still slow. Is there a way to increase the speech speed? It also
seems to be very sensitive and I am not sure I like that but I'm dealing
with it.
Hello all,
Have any of you used this app? I am using it for the first time today and
have found the following using my iPhone 14 pro.
If I open the app and go to the "gestures area" I have no navigability.
Buttons labeled "channel up" and channel down" have no impact. I don't seem

Hi Jonathan,
Did you send a link for your podcast to the list? I feel sure that you did, but
I don't recall seeing it. I do have another question about the AppleTV. If you
have the connection and everything and maybe a sound bar, what happens if you
don't have a TV? Can you have it all audio

I listened to the podcast which was really good. The question that
came out of it for me is are the tv channels the same as before or
have they added any new ones?

Hi John, the paradigm with this Apple TV is totally different from before. So
no, you only get a small number of Apple apps pre-installed. If you want
anything else, you need an app for that, and you go to the App Store to get the
apps you want. That's why in the podcast, we had to download
Hi Brian, the top left button is menu, use this to work your way back when you
need to. Triple click menu for VO. Next to it is home. One press takes you back
to the home screen.
Below Menu is play/pause. And you have a very large button that's volume up and
down.
Yesterday, I did a podcast
So their isn't a list of tv like channels like before?

Hey Jonathan,
I have a question for you. I have a sound bar and since they are not doing
digital audio I am going to have to do HDMI. Is there a device where you can
connect more than one HDMI device together? I am looking for like maybe a
chaining device for HDMI?

Hey Jonathan,
Thanks so much for the quick listing, and will definitely give a listen to your
pod, as I love everything you do. Will shoot you the link to our new pod here
in NYC iAccessVO, but off to play with the new AppleTV or at least get it
hooked up. Thanks again.

Hi Brian, no problem, but I left a button out. I'm away from the Apple TV this

Hi Terry.
If you're in the U.S., call 800-6927753 (800-MYAPPLE). You can order a
replacement remote from there. If you're outside the U.S., and perhaps Canada,
I'm not sure how to order it.
Hope this helps.
