I've not handle the BrailleMe but I've read that it only has 6 dots, so no dots 7, or 8 to indicate your position. But, the BrailleMe has cursor routing buttons above each cell. I have an Orbit Reader and like it a lot. It connects to iPhones or PCs just fine. It has the ability to edit or create
