Yes, I do. I don't think turning that off would change anything, though—it

You do a quick press, of the volume buttons, and don't hold them for long,
as that will lower your volume.

After updating to iOS 13, I now have an issue force restarting my phone. Namely
that when I hold down the lock button and the volume down button, VO's volume
is turned all the way down. Obviously this is not good if you are trying to
restart the phone. Is there a way around this?
