I’d call Apple Accessibility and have them run diagnostics, and if those turn
up nothing wrong with your phone, then it is likely the carrier.

to find out if it is my iPhone or my carrier. I usually have 3 out of four
bars for my cellular. Anyone experiencing this? Thanks.
