About a year ago I had Dish Network ... and at that time I was able to run all
the features of the receiver using the Dish app...ie. change channels, watch
recorded shows, record shows, etc. I had to get rid of the service ... now I’m
looking to get it back.. I know they have the new Anywhere
HeyPeter, I use the Direct Tv app pretty much all the time now and it does give
that same feature. We just don't have our receiver set up right now for it to
control directly but it can and when we did and I had it up and going it worked
out great and does well once everything's in place.
