You can see that list by opening iTunes, go to your phone and tab a few times
to the treeview which starts with Summary, arrow down once to Apps and then use
F6 until you get into the list view of apps. You may have apps in that list
which are not on the phone, but all that sync with your phone

Apps is not in that list under phone?

Not sure why it’s not there for you, it is right below Summary for me. Maybe
others can check and somebody might know why it’s not there for you. Did you
try to type “A”, maybe you somehow pass it? That treeview can be a bit slow
responding when you first get to it.

Sieghard I noticed yesterday when I was looking for this as well that
it has disappeared. I had no issue with this in the past. I am not
sure if it started when I installed ITunes 12 or more recently than
that. It's really strange since I used this all the time.

You won't see them unless your phone is plugged in.
If you have collected apps from the Store but haven't allowed a sync of them
via ITunes, I'm not sure you see them either, but won't say for definite.
