A few thoughts: When an app is removed from the app switcher, it needs some
battery power to reload its data the next time it is loaded. I agree that some
apps drain power more than others, I generally leave them alone if I think I am
going to use them within, say, an hour or so, or remove them
I have read this too, however, while it may be true of many apps, some apps are
serious battery brain is even in the background. KNFB reader, the Neato app,
Neo reader, to name but three! there are probably others too! I suppose the
only thing to do is to try it and see if there's any difference
