Hi Guenni, Go to Voiceover utility with vo+f8 and in the category commanders choose the tab quicknav. There you can check the checkbox to use one ,letter navigation while quicknav is on. It seems that you need to have quicknav on to use this feature but you have to enable it in Voiceover
