If you did a fresh install of Mavericks, Pages must be re-installed.
After that's done, you'll find it on the Launchpad.

Recently upgraded to Mavericks. Did a clean install. All went well. No

Press command-Space to open Spotlight and type in pages.app. When it appears,
go up to Show All in Finder and select it. Find pages.app in the list, and then
move to something called List that shows its path.

After mistakenly installing Toolbox for Pages...I could no longer download and
install Pages.
