Since this is technically not an OS X support list, I am rather
hesitant about replying, but here goes.

If you did a fresh install of Mavericks, Pages must be re-installed.
After that's done, you'll find it on the Launchpad.

This begs another related questioin: Is it possible to sort the names
of the applications on the Launchpad, and if so, how?
