I don't know if this is specific to just the BARD app, but I've been having
really awful response times when using the volume buttons. It won't go up the
first two times or so that I press the up button, and then, all of a sudden,
boom! The volume is suddenly much higher. The same holds true
I cannot get the volume to increase in the bard app, so maybe it relates
to what you are experiencing.
