I honestly think containers is next to worthless on an iPhone or iPod touch. The screen is so small that, in the time it took you to turn the rotor to containers, and flick down to the section you wanted, you could have just touched the area of the screen you were looking to navigate to. I

Probably the best thing to do is to just take it for a spin and see how it works. If you take Isaac's example and open up the Mail app and go into a mail message then you'll have four containers on the screen. the first container will include the controls like back, previous and next. the
