Hi, I haven’t seen that in a long long time. iOS 9 should fix it. Try turning off all the unnecessary animations and such, it will make a big difference. All the settings for this are under Accessibility. One is called Reduce Motion but I can’t think of what the other one is called. Reduce

Hi all. So i'm running ios 8 with a 4s. The biggest problem i have with it is that voice over seems to skip elements on the screen. I know people have had problems with this in the past, but i'm wondering, was that fixed with ios 9? If i update, will i completely tank my 4s? It's already
