When I clicked on it in the thread below it did open although Outlook told me
that links could be harmful and asked if I wanted to open it, maybe a new
feature they implemented since I hadn't come across this before. Anyways, I did
notice that it opened in Emersive Reader mode in Edge, once

Try it again, but when you arrow to the link, try using shift+f10 or the
application key and arrowing to open link and hitting enter. You may get what
I got which was a dialog asking if you are sure you want to open that link and
the focus is on No. Tab or arrow to yes and hit enter
I can’t get the link to open.
