Yes, the NY Times is accessible on the iPhone. The iPad app is different and,
last time I tried, not accessible.

The new York times app, at least the free version, is accessible. I've not
bought a subscription because I cannot get a useful reply from them if the
paid content is equally accessible, and I'm cheap since I live in the United
States I can get the full paper from the NFB Newsline service.

The last time I tried it, The New York Times was accessible. As this was
several months ago, I give no guarantees it still is accessible, but suspect so.
