Hi, By any chance, did you turn punctuation to none? That's what I have, just because I can't stand any punctuation, and I hear 8:5 AM, instead of 8:05 a dot m. Sentences run together, etc. Flick the rotor about, and see if punctuation is on there. If yes, put it to some, and see what happens.

I have not yet updated from iOS 9.3.3 to 9.3.4. On 9.3.3, my phone does announce eleven o 5. The only thing I have set that may be different from your settings is that I have turned off Use Pitch Change setting. You might want to try turning this setting off to see if it makes a difference.
