Did you look at the address the email came from? Did it have your name or Apple
Id in it? It is most likely Spam, if your music subscription is working and
your monthly charges are being billed to your card then all is fine.

Can you check what the URL is if one came in the email about the payment issue?
If the url is not an apple one then it would be a phish of some kind.
