In the camera roll, find the photo you want and tap the share button. Find the
Mail button and tap that. If then find the to filed and address to whom you
want the email sent.

I find the easiest way is to open photos.
Double tap on the one you want to share.
Then flick right until you find the share button, select mail, and then enter
the to field, and fill in the rest of the email subject and body.
Then send it.
The other way is to start the email, then at the bottom
