As Tom said, only the most recent 100 calls show, but if you start deleting
calls one by one starting with the newest you should get there eventually. Of
course if you make and receive say 10 calls a day on average and you have to go
back to January 12 which then would be about 23 or 24 days ago

Double tap phone. double tap recent. Near the top left corner is a button
marked "clear" Double tap that and follow the prompts. That's how it works on
my AT&T iPhone 4.
