I also found this to be pretty unreliable, sometimes a message plays and
other times it doesn't or a screen opens up where I can forward the message.
I asked one of my employees to take a look and he said that visually there
is a rather small play button which Voiceover doesn't read and
It's a bug with VoiceOver and this feature. My sighted friends in my
private group on Messenger can play my voicemails just fine but my
visually impaired ones can't.
