In iOS 7 just flick down or up once when you are on the message you want to
forward. Your action rotor should be active unless you turned the rotor to
something else and flicking up or down once puts the action rotor on "More".
Double tap on this and the message you are on will get selec
David, my question was how do I forward messages with a link embeded in
them? Anyway think I resolved it but not sure how as the strange thing
was action wasn't even in the rotor yet the more... option was there.
