Hi Kevin, This is not in "Preferences" and you don't have to take any drastic steps in any Windows configurations. 1. Make sure your iPhone is connected (not necessary if you have WiFi syncing enabled). 2. Start iTunes, if you use WiFi syncing it will take a while before your iPhone shows up unde
