Hi apparently there are different configurations. I am in australia and hardly
get any espa while my friend gets lots.
the devs are trying to find the best configuration. There is a long thread on
Solara on the apple vis site.

There seems to be a couple different paths for esper. I have received 30 esper
in total thus far, and I am level 38 now. I have played every quest, but have
never finished above rank 5 in an arena.
A good friend of mine is currently level 28, and has received a couple hundred
esper thus far fro
I've gotten several hundred esper as rewards in quests. First place for
winning a tournament in the Ruby league is also 600 esper at the moment.

rate solara they give you 10
i think you can win some in the arena eventually. but in general
thats how the complany makes their money so we must buy
