status bar like the time, battery level etc. then swipe up with 3 fingers

Open the Control Centre by touching the status bar and then flicking up with
three fingers.

Go in to the app switcher by double tapping home button.
Three finger swipe left to get to page 2.
Portrait lock is in the lower left corner.
