Hi, you can do it by using the same Apple iTunes ID for your apps and a
separate Apple id for each iPad for the iCloud or iMessage or Facetime
portion. The end result is that you can purchase apps just once for all
iPads involved, but each will be able to be used for Facetime and
iMessage as
