Try the Newspapers app that was mentioned a couple of days ago. I believe
the developer is Dave Ernest.
It shows about 78 papers for the UK and lots more if you include Ireland,
etc.
It works fine with VoiceOver.
I think the whole point of Earl is to use voice commands, not screen taps,
