This is not exactly true. If you are watching something with video, and you
exit the app, yes the video and audio will stop playing. But if you don’t
close the app in the app switcher, and do the 2 finger double tap to start
music, the audio from your video app will play in the background. I

That was a dumb moment. I just know it doesn't work superbly on my computer
seems sluggish but I use my phone a lot for other things. Maybe this won't be
the best solution

Most apps which show any kind of video will stop if you exit the app since
normally a sighted person would look at the screen to watch and not want to put
the app in the background to do other stuff.

It is not correct about an Apple TV and a keyboard. AppleTV fourth-generation
works with Bluetooth keyboards and voiceover. Probably not with the braille
display, although I don't know that for absolutely sure. As for doing other
things while watching Netflix or DirecTV, I don't think you can.
