VOcalc is fully VO accessible and has a % key,hasn't a % key; but
dividing by 100 or multiplying by .01 is quite easy really.

Well, I just downloaded it and while the developer says it is fully
accessible with Voiceover, I could not get the swipe right to calculate and
swipe left
calculators
on my IPod and the quest continues...
