All of those things plus the fingerprint scanner being enabled should work just fine. Voiceover will irritate them eventually, and you can tell them you don't know how to disable it. I would say to set clear boundaries, but I understand how that's more complicated than it sounds. Good luck.

what is it that they want to do with your phone? Do they just want to hold it? Just make sure that your phone is locked with a passcode and thumb print. Lock the phone before you hand it over. If the phone is locked with a pass code and voice Over is on, they should hand it right back to you.
