Hi all,
This is a very annoying problem. I recently made a purchase using the app and I
was only able to select the address by locating the "send to this address"
button on the screen, turning VoiceOver off, touching the screen once at the
exact location and immediately turning VoiceOver back

Try filling out this contact form on the UK website, I think they would then
call you.
I am in the UK Richard the emails between Amazon and I have been going on for
quite a while with no results.

You can do it through the web, but not through their app.
I'd suggest calling Amazon customer service for people with disabilities at:
888-283-1678
And tell them about this and perhaps they can assist with the order.
I just had to finish an order with my computer
