Yeah, some bugs related to VoiceOver and accessibility have been fixed in the various dot releases leading up to IOS 7.0.6. There are still bugs though. IOS 7.1 is on the horizon though and will probably contain more goodies. IMHO, might be best to ask about OSX on a Mac list where it's more
