Thats what I have done and I will remember
If I'm understanding you correctly you have changed the label of an icon and
you want to change it back to the original. If this is what you want to do it
is easily accomplished. Locate the icon you want to change on your home screen.
Do a 2-finger double-tap and hold to go into the VoiceOver

Suggesting to Apple Accessibility to add a button/feature to reset Voiceover
Noup this won't help and this has nothing to do with the mentioned problem.

You can reset your home screen, but I am not sure it will do what you are
looking for. This will reset your home screen, getting rid of any folders that
you created, then listing your apps in alphabetical order.

I accidentally mislabeled something on my iPhone homescreen with
VoiceOver and I'd like to reset it back to the default. How would I go
