I have not tried this, so i am just guessing.
How large is the media file you are trying to send?
Are you sending via WiFi or Data?
You may just be hitting a size limit

Is there a step by step direction to send text with videos and pictures? I
normally use SIRI to send TXT but every time I try to send a message with a
video or Pictures it fails to deliver it. I have no idea what I am doing
