I did finally get it to download. I'm running Mountain Lion, the latest update
that came out a few days ago. The apple site was a bit confusing, but I finally
sorted it out.

That's good news,, but the question is: Why didn't the update tell you that
10.7.3 was available? You shouldn't have needed to download it from the site in
the first place.

Hello, all.
I just got my iPhone5. I backed up my 4, and then attempted to connect the new
phone. I was told I needed itunes 10.7 in order for the phone to work. I asked
itunes to check for updates, and was told that 10.6.2 was the latest version.
I went to apple's site, and tried to download
Are you running mac OS or Windows? Is the rest of your opperating system
up-to-date? If Mac OS, which one - Snow leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion? If your
system says the latest is 10.6.2 and you know there is a 10.7.3, that should be
a red glad that something is wrong.
