I’m not sure about the problem detailed by Marie. For me, I got 2 separate
email receipts for the same ride. I have only been using Uber for a few months
& have always only gotten one email receipt per trip. My trip history did show
only one trip. I didn’t think the sum of my trips totaled
I am curious how this happens when the price for your ride is displayed before
you book it and I can’t see how it can double.

I tried to use the Uber app to dispute a charge with no luck. I'm hoping
someone can help. I had a $50 gift card so my charges were going there. My
first question is is there any way to see the charges against the card? I
can find my ride history & it only shows one ride today.
