Depending upon how the calls come into you, are they willing to take the
time to test how this works with Voice Over? Another idea is to call
the Apple accessibility phone number or email accessibil...@apple.com or
contact the company that makes this product.

Most VOIP solutions (FaceTime, Google Voice, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp)
integrate with the iPhone’s phone app. I can see all my WhatsApp and Teams
calls in my phone app recent calls history and I

I have not used this, but reading about it in the app store it is made by
Cisco, so one would think it would be accessible and it was updated just a few
days ago.
I would install it and see how much you can read with it on your iPhone.

for us to request using a Webex app on our phones so we can make an receive
work calls on our mobile

that is definitely great. Because there are other options that you and your
manager could use, which would allow you to see color ID. I would recommend
opening a Gmail account and setting up a Google voice number.
At work, we use Webex softphones on our laptops. They have rolled out ability
for us to request using a Webex app on our phones so we can make an receive
work calls on our mobile phones as if we were at our laptops. I'm wondering
if anyone has used this app to know how accessible it is with
