First, you have to buy the export package, $4.99.
Then, after each page, you would have to copy the text and paste it into a word
processing app.
Then repeat for however many pages.
At this point it does not save documents that I have found.
But, the full Prizmo app, $9.99 can scan multiple pages

The only adjustment would be the distance you have the phone from the box
depending on the size of the box.
It is worth a try, but it depends a lot on the clarity of the print on the box.
