I am trying to arrange the roter so that words, characters and edit are
arranged by Words, Characters and edit or characters, words then edit.
I'm not sure if this is possable.
Can anyone give me some advice?

Hi Mickey,
To reorder your rotor options, go to Settings General
Accessibility VoiceOver then flick right to the Rotor button and
double tap. I find that in order to arrange the rotor so that the
settings for characters and words are next to the edit option, I have
to flick right to the reorder

I really appreciate your knowledge! What puzzled me is that the edit rotor item
is not visible so it was hard for me to figure out how to get this done I tried
different combinations I'll try yours next thank you very much.

Hi Mickey,
Go to settings, general, accessibility, voice over and rotor. There you
will find next to each item that is selected for your rotor a button called
re-order. Double tap and hold with one finger and slide your finger in the
position you want the item.
