confidence it would work.
Much to my chagrin, the well-established addresses I entered reveal a search
that cannot find those addresses. I know these are existing addresses, but for
some reason the search engine
You do not need to go into settings, first. Just use the search button in the
top left.
Then, once you have your destination found, double tap on it and then flick to
simulate location.
Also, BTW, the search radius is for when you use a category like my places,
food, etc.

not the my places search, but the plain search button.
Enter the address, for example, I'm in Oregon, I put in a made up address, 500

the best of my memory, you need to go into the simulation first and then
enter the area you wish to simulate.

not the same as you would use in
I have an additional question as well. I like to go out for treks with my
Seeing Eye dog through my neighborhood, which has the same start and end point
(home). I want to explore routes through my area at home before I go out
walking.
