I have had an experience recently where I seem to have lost half of an album I
downloaded from the apple store and I can't seem to get the rest of it. I am
about to email apple about this. I have used the option to download previous
purchases and it doesn't work. Please let me know

My wife purchased an album from the itunes store using her iphone. She
also wants to get the album onto her pc.
Is there a way to download the music again using itunes on the pc and/or
copy the music from her phone to her pc?
Looked in itunes and don't readily see how one can do this.

On the iTunes store home page is a purchased link. Click this and the next
page will give you the option to download purchases made with that Apple ID
your signed into the store with.
