90 percent should be rather fast if you are actually adjusting speech rate.

Otherwise, go into settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver, and find the
speech rate picker item. Touch that, then flick up or down with o
Thank you, well we got voice over back on, and these are to se iphones. Now we
need some help with the second one, the speech is sluggish. we got it up to
about 90 percent but it was still sluggish, maybe we're missing something we
should do to get it back to the regular speech rate. thank you i
