can't ever get to the document. You mentioned an APP called Docs. I'll download

you sign in to Docs or before? From the description given, it sounds
like it is occurring beforehand. If this is the case I would ensure
that the whole part of the email is entered with the at gmail.com
suffix and that the

Several places I get weekly files from are using GoogleDox, and I can't seem to
be able to sign in to get the documents they send. I enter my e-mail address
and I'm told it's invalid, and they want me to set up an account. Any
suggestions for retrieving documents from GoogleDox?
