I updated my 4s last night to ios 6. After doing so I noticed threw out the
night a seemingly heavy amount of battery useage the phone gets rather hot
to the touch while using it.
So last night I went to bed with a 80% battery and when I woke at 6 it was
deader than a door nail.

I am running an iPhone 4 but I've also noticed an increase in battery
life. I will play music for 40 minutes while working out and before

Make sure you empty the app switcher then turn off your phone and turn it
back on. If this doesn't help I suggest a full factory setting restore. I
think most people including myself actually notice improved battery life
with iOS 6, I have a 4S. This doesn't mean something might have

It's kind of funny, I mentioned about how I still had 100% battery
power after doing exercise yesterday. Today I went exercising and did
the exact same thing -- listening to the same album for the same
amount of time without performing any extra functions, and actually
lost 2% -- go figure! lol
