Don't reset your phon just yet. If you haven't done so already, add the volume
setting to your rotor. You can find that in the Settings app, under
General/Accessibility/VoiceOver/Rotor. After that, turn to volume in your rotor
and do a one-finger flick up. This will raise your VO

I am using an iPhone 4s. I am considering a new phone, but I will keep the 4s
as a back up. I am having trouble with the sounds being really loud and voice
over is very quiet. I have tried turning audio ducking on and off with no real
difference. I have tried, rebooting voice over, and
