Gi, Dave, Don't reset your phon just yet. If you haven't done so already, add the volume setting to your rotor. You can find that in the Settings app, under General/Accessibility/VoiceOver/Rotor. After that, turn to volume in your rotor and do a one-finger flick up. This will raise your VO
