Did you see the messages Richard and I sent? We both searched and all results
point to the fact that currently you can’t shuffle Apple Music playlists using
an Alexa device.
The one forum I read had a response
feedback o Amazon to let them know you want to have this option.

I think this is on-topic because I made them with ITunes. I have broken
some of my Christmas big playlist into smaller ones and the apple music
skill in alexa plays them fine. However, when I ask her to shuffle them, she
does not do it. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone experienced
