Guessing that there is no way to view all the notifications in the lock screen
in ios 6.1 using voiceover? And that its normal for voiceover to stop reading a
lengthy text while in the lock screen?

I haven't had any trouble swiping through all of the notifications on my
lock screen.
I have noticed that the timeout when reading a notification on the lock
screen is quite a bit shorter than it was on IOS 5. Messages that I
could listen to in their entirety on the lock screen are not truncated
If there is a long alert, Or a number of alerts in the lock screen, I have
noticed that the screen will lock before the alerts are completely red.

i have 2 quick questions:
1. How does one access the notification center when the phone is locked?
2. Has anyone noticed that when voice over is reading notifications
example, a text message that is rather lengthy that the screen locks
and voice over does not read the entire text?
