I also turn it off, as when I am going out on my horse, or open water swimming, 
I like my iPhone to have a full charge, and this feature often gets in the way 
of that.

I would leave it on. Apple says it helps to extend your battery life and apart 
from that I charge when I have to.

Okay, you go into Settings, Battery, then Battery health, find Optimized 
Battery or something and turn that off if it's on. It's in Battery 
Health in Settings. Hope that works.

For what it's worth, I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 15, and have also
had trouble getting those Weather notifications too. I turned Weather
to always on in location and enabled my city. Once or twice I got a
notification, but other times I did not. I've moved onto other apps,
such as Weather Gods and Dark Sky for my notifications. One thing to
try is if you have a Focus enabled from Settings, make sure to allow
the Weather app.

Optimize battery charging?

Optimize battery charging is on on my iPhone.  Should it be?  Every once in 
a while, a message pops up saying that optimize battery charging is on and 
the charge will finish at such and such a time.  Why is this and why should

I have not found one that is accessible.
The new photo info item which when you dig into it you can get some plant 
identification.
But, not all that growing/planting directions.

I'd be curious too if someone has found one.
I wish I had kept a list of the ones I have tried.
