I don't have any problem typing on it. I assume the K-480 and K-780, which are

Interesting, I have the series 6 and have two small scratches in the face.
Maybe I missed something, but is the series 7 made with a better face material?

I just got my series 7 Last December and was rather paranoid about
scratching it. I was going to get some kind of protector for it but never
did. I do gardening, woodwork, moving cement blocks around for building
projects and more. I have not protected it at all and am amazed to tell you
I have had an Apple watch series 6 for about 18 months; and I've done yardwork,
pruning bushes, banged into corners; and no scratches on the watch face.
I do not have a protective cover on it either.
Experience may vary.

Hi all,
am thinking of getting an Apple Watch. I am wondering how strong the glass is
on the watch? I often bang my braille watch on the corner of a door jam or
corner of a wall etc. I have several scratches on the glass after 10 years of
use. Does anybody have any advice on this?
Thanks for

Unfortunately, with these apps, there is no way to know how accessible it is
without having the robot vacuum that the app controls. There are a couple apps
where the controls to create your account and pair the robot to your network
work fine but once you are in the main screen that controls
Thanks, I know what some of them do at least so I will give that a try.

Except if the app is really poorly done all buttons may then have the label you
just entered for one button. I can't remember the app, but this happened to me
once so, if for example one button would say "start" then instead of all
buttons just saying "button" they then all say "start" which is
That is not the audio book.
At least, the two audio books I have downloaded say DAISY 3 audio book.

That usually means it hasn't fully downloaded.
With their audio books, they take a long time to download.
Don't close that screen until it says download complete. That can be 5 to 10
minutes or more depending on how long the book is.
If the manual is still waiting, it could be something else.
If you know what the buttons do, perform a two finger double tap and hold. You
can then enter the text for the button, swipe to and double tap Save and your
button will be labeled.

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there is a way to label unlabeled buttons in an
app. Unfortunately several of the buttons in some of the apps for my robot
vacuums are not labeled and so Voiceover just says "button" when swiping to
them, I've emailed the companies about this issue but who knows if
Hello,
Lately when I choose a bookfrom Bookshare and if it’s labeled an audio file it
doesn’t load into VD and just sits in my list of books telling me that it’s not
avaiable. I just downloaded the VD manual and it too is just sitting in my
list of books and tells me it’s not available. I

That's my feeling too: you're trying to type your eMail in the Subject field,
which does have limited space. You need to right-flick past the Subject, or
better yet, in the subject, do an Enter, which will move your cursor to the

Anthony, this does indeed sound strange. I have never seen a setting for this

Hi Bill,
It happened to my sister one time and we called Apple accessibility to get it
back. Here's how to get it back:
Go to any app and flick up to edit and double tap to get in edit mode.
Go toward the bottom of the screen just above the dock to the page numbers and
double tap.
