My not mentioning what version of iOS I am running was a deliberate act and not 
an omission.  No matter what we think should be the position regarding 
discussion of beta software the decision is Mark’s and out of deference and 
respect to him I chose not to mention it.

years ago now. but whether you could still get the nokia version of it, is

Yep, it’s been an issue for a while. And I just find that the format for 
posting changes enough that I’m actually going to have an AIRA agent help me 
soon so I don’t screw something up. Just afraid that my posting will look funny 
to a sighted user and they won’t trust me as a seller.

Hi, not sure if others here use local buy and sell groups or Facebook market 
Place to sell stuff, but I was hoping some others would maybe also report to 
Facebook how frustrating it is that as a Voiceover user it is impossible to 
properly edit anything one writes in these fields. If I am in the description 
field I can write content either with the onscreen keyboard, by dictation or 
using a Bluetooth keyboard, I can also backspace and delete a word if I 
realized I made a mistake, but there is no way to actually review a longer 
description, navigate to a certain word which was maybe misspelled and correct 
it. Similarly, once you post something and this includes regular comments on 
Facebook, editing it virtually impossible unless you delete everything and 
start from scratch. This is independent from the current issue of not being 
able to post anything at least not if you use the 16.4 public beta.
I work around this by using the computer if I want to edit something I posted 
for sale. In some ways it's easier to post on the iPhone since you can take 
pictures right then and there, on the other side if I want to include a longer 
description, for example if I am selling a TV or other piece of technology 
where I want to include a detailed description with features and specs, it is 
actually easier on the computer since I can write everything first in Notepad 
and then simply copy and paste it which I find much easier and faster to do on 
the computer as opposed to on an iPhone. Only thing then is that I have to 
first take the pictures and save them to my Dropbox or OneDrive so I can browse 
to them when I set up the ad on the computer.
Nonetheless it would be nice if one could make a quick edit in a description 
using the iPhone.

If you synk your e-mail account, for example gmail and select contact, you will 
be able to found all your contacts.

Important. The new feature of Voice Dream Reader of adding text blocks to PDF 
documents is not accessible for Voiceover users. This was not made accessible 
purposely by Winston because he did not understand how a Voiceover user would 
use this feature. It is important that all users of the Voice Dream Reader app 
contact Winston to request that he makes this feature accessible and to let him 
know how you would use this feature.

For those who missed the update. Here is what it said in the app store.

New feature: Adding text blocks in PDF documents. Now you can answer questions 
in a worksheet or exam, and submit your answers all from within Voice Dream

Text Block". You can change the font, point size, and you can move it and 
resize it.

Personally I don't think there is a problem with mentioning something like this 
if you are running a public beta version; it is, after all a "public" beta. The 
problem happens when suddenly half the list traffic were about public betas, in 
this case it would be better to join a beta discussion group.

I’m not sure whether it is permissible to comment on beta versions of software 
here, I know that Applevis has relaxed its rules and I’m sure our Mark will

Hi, not sure if others here use local buy and sell groups or Facebook market 
Place to sell stuff, but I was hoping some others would maybe also report to 
Facebook how frustrating it is that as a Voiceover user it is impossible to 
properly edit anything one writes in these fields. If I am in the description 
field I can write content either with the onscreen keyboard, by dictation or 
using a Bluetooth keyboard, I can also backspace and delete a word if I 
realized I made a mistake, but there is no way to actually review a longer 
description, navigate to a certain word which was maybe misspelled and correct 
it. Similarly, once you post something and this includes regular comments on 
Facebook, editing it virtually impossible unless you delete everything and 
start from scratch. This is independent from the current issue of not being 
able to post anything at least not if you use the 16.4 public beta.
I work around this by using the computer if I want to edit something I posted 
for sale. In some ways it's easier to post on the iPhone since you can take 
pictures right then and there, on the other side if I want to include a longer 
description, for example if I am selling a TV or other piece of technology 
where I want to include a detailed description with features and specs, it is 
actually easier on the computer since I can write everything first in Notepad 
and then simply copy and paste it which I find much easier and faster to do on 
the computer as opposed to on an iPhone. Only thing then is that I have to 
first take the pictures and save them to my Dropbox or OneDrive so I can browse 
to them when I set up the ad on the computer.
Nonetheless it would be nice if one could make a quick edit in a description 
using the iPhone.

I believe this was introduced with 16.4 public beta unless a later Facebook 
update also means this applies to 16.3.1.
For now I just use Facebook on my computer if I want to comment on somebody's 
post.
I reported this to Facebook, not sure if they have to fix the app or if it is 
strictly because of something in iOS 16.4, but ultimately Facebook probably 
needs to fix it and hopefully many others report it to them.

I have recently encountered a problem with Facebook.
